Terms of Service
Once I have agreed to a commission, I will do my best to fulfill the order through use of WIPs and photo progress. If at any point reconciliation on a commission cannot be made, we may work out a refund in total or partial depending on the medium of the commission.
That being said, I am strongly against refund requests as I stand by my side of the transaction. However, special circumstances may result in a negotiation of a partial or full refund.
***RUSH ORDERS***
Your order may be promoted to a RUSH ORDER for 25% more of the total of your commission.
(Ex. A $100 commission would have a rush fee of +$25.)
RUSH ORDERS will be bumped to the next spot in my
queue after whatever order I am currently working on!
Work pace will be the same as usual.
An order may be bumped to RUSH status at any given time after payment.
At least a partial payment must be made before I will start on the commission.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any given time, for any given reason.
(This pertains to extreme cases. Please note I will not cancel without a good reason and compensation!)
For physical items, I will pay shipping unless otherwise stated or being shipped out of the United States.
I promise to work on my art orders in a timely fashion so that my customers are not forced to wait months on end for their commissions. I will keep my Trello up to date on all orders.
***Turn Around Times and Deadlines***
In regards to TATs and Deadlines, I try to stay away from the when it comes to plushies.
Why? Sometimes things happens and materials get delayed so I tend to set my own
personal goals for my daily workload. I NEVER mind you dropping in and asking
about your order!
When it comes to Art Orders, I do my best to stick to my TATs!
No piece of art should take longer than a week for me to complete,
I will stand by the TAT you are given when you place your art order.

I reserve the right to use my artwork for my own advertisements and accounts.
This means I may post your commission on various platforms.
PLEASE SPECIFY if you would like your commission to remain private
when we discuss details. A 25% fee may incur to make up for lack of exposure.
I will not draw NSFW! You may ask about pinup or suggestive work though.
You may upload your commission wherever you see fit with proper credit.

My Plushie Art Dolls may include the following materials and more at my discretion,
in place of embroidery ect.
Buttons
Felt
Fleece
Ribbon
Yarn
Vinyl

Beads
And other tiny pieces.
This means that in most cases, I suggest Spot Clean Only for my plushies.
I suggest using a lint roller for light dusting and a wire brush for light brushing.
My go to method for stains is to make a mixture of a tiny bit of Dawn dish soap and lukewarm water,
Scrub the stain with a toothbrush until the area is clean, and then rinse with cool water.
Wrap the wet area in a towel and firmly press to remove as much water as possible.
Hang the plush with the wet spot facing straight down and
let a towel catch any water drip for a few hours.
Wrap the plush into a dry towel again, a firmly press. Repeat as needed.
Now, you may use a dry soft bristle brush to fluff the materials!
